I walked into the store and saw several employees standing around. As soon as I approached the register for help, everyone seemed to disperse and suddenly there was no one available to assist me. One employee told me to go to another lane, then remained sitting there without offering any help. The entire experience felt dismissive, lazy, and incredibly unhelpful. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, I left feeling like no one there was interested in helping a customer who was ready to make a purchase. I will not be returning to this location.

In addition to groceries and vitamins, Sprouts offers fresh sandwiches and fruit, plus an inside dining area. We found this to be very convenient and and a nice clean place to have a quick lunch. Thevsyore is always clean, as are the restrooms and the parking lot. There is wheelchair as well.

James and the entire deli staff was top tier! The food was so fresh. I called ahead for the mozzarella pasta and James was able to help and accommodate me on my arrival.

Ok!!! Attention Everyone!!! If you haven't had the opportunity to visit this Sprouts location you are missing out. You must go visit the Sandwich & Smoothie Queen. Erin. She is by far a top tier artist. Really creating culinary masterpieces. First I got a turkey sandwich, in which she encouraged me to load up on the veggies, in which I did!!!! Next I tried the Banana Nutty Smoothie!!! So rich and creamy made with real Bananas , Almond Butter, & Chia seeds!!!! Go check it out you won't be disappointed,!!!!

AMAZING Veggie tray ordered at Sprouts Deli at the Tempe Elliot Rd store. ATTENTION people ordering Veggie Trays for Halloween, Game Parties, etc. The ordering season has begun and Sprouts has come through for me, Big Time. I called my store and asked if there were any veggie trays ready. I spoke with Erin who said she would check with the Deli Mgr, Tangela. It is Thursday night and they were planning to make some tomorrow for the weekend shoppers, but Tangela, who was just ending her shift, Volunteered to stay over and make me an amazing platter for 15 guests. She cut up the usual carrots, celery, tomatoes, Cauliflower/Broccoli. I asked for more items and she included Colorful Bell Peppers as well as Cucumbers. Woohoo!!! I thought she might add the usual ranch dressing, but she offered Sprouts Organic original hummus at no extra cost. So, for the total cost of $29.99, I got an amazing assortment of veggies as well as Hummus, for my discerning customers. Erin told me it would be ready in an hour and then called 20 minutes earlier and said it was ready. Yowza. What service from these great employees. And thank you, Tangela for staying an hour after your shift to help me out. You gu
